Within the St. Regis Hotel in Muscat, Purapietra's Birichino pieces bring sculptural natural stone into one of Oman's most refined hospitality settings.
Birichino reinterprets the design object as a small architecture in stone: playful in proportion yet rigorous in execution, carved from solid material and finished entirely by hand. Placed within the hotel's interiors, the pieces add character, tactility, and a distinctly Italian sense of craft.
Each element is produced in the Purapietra atelier, where rare materials and traditional sculpting techniques meet a contemporary design sensibility.
